Process of electro galvanized wire
Wire Rod - Wire Drawing - Pay-off Wires - Wire Annealing - Rust Removing - Acid Washing - Cleaning and Drying - Electro Galvanizing - Take up wires

Process of hot-dip galvanized wire ( zinc bath- coating) 
Wire Rod - Wire Drawing - Pay-off - alkaline cleaning (ultrasonic) - Annealing - Pickling (ultrasonic) - Hot Water Washing - Assistant Coating - Drying - Hot-dip galvanizing - Cooling - Take-up wires

Process of Annealed Wire
The iron wire is treated by annealing furnaces to become soft annealed wire with better flexibility.

Process of Powder Coating Wire
Galvanized wire is treated with powder coating machine, the wire is further coated with PE, vinyl or plastic to become plastic coated iron wire.

All wire materials are tested with testing machines to guarantee the quality.

Process of electro galvanization
Pay-off - alkaline cleaning (degreasing) - water - annealing- pickling - hot water washing - electro galvanizing - water washing - drying - take-up machine

Process of hot-dip galvanization
The pay-off - alkaline cleaning (ultrasonic) - water - pickling (ultrasonic) - hot water washing - assistant coating - drying - hot-dip galvanizing - take-up wires
