construction of two piece construction - the upper section providing the mounting for the horizontal block shaft. the lower section of a heavy a heavy fabricated steel structure. the machines are built with standard components.

Fabricated from Mild Steel and precision machined.
Frame:The two piece frame is built in a sturdy welded box type construction of tested material.
Block:Double flanged type on horizontal axis with wear resistance wire line surface. Fitted externally with fabricated swan neck extension for holding against former.
Rotor:Of solid steel plate construction provided a mounting for the pinch pass die holder, guide pulleys and 5 roll diameter and 5 roll helix casting rolls. The complete rotor plate assembly is dynamically balanced to ensure smooth, vibration free operation.
Guard :All transmission and moving components are fully enclosed. Unloading Depression of a push button operates a jack to raise the trunk and hold coil accumulation as the block continues to draw. With the trunk in its raised position to complete coil can be removed, any empty former placed in position, and the jack retracted for further coil formation.
